Companion Animal Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate veterinarian to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animal care and be committed to providing high-quality veterinary services. Responsibilities include conducting examinations, diagnosing illnesses, recommending treatment plans, and performing surgeries when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations on a variety of animals.
  • Diagnose and treat medical conditions, injuries, and illnesses.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medications and surgical procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
  • Stay current on advancements in veterinary medicine through continuous education.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
  • State veterinary license in good standing.
  • Strong diagnostic and surgical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary commensurate with experience, plus bonuses for achieving performance goals.   3. Two nice parks for kids with playgrounds, splash pads, skate park, etc.
  4. Spirit of Suwannee music park is located here where multiple music festivals happen throughout the year including Suwannee River Jam and Hulaween.
  5. Centrally located approximately 1 hour from Gainesville, Tallahassee and Jacksonville, easy access to bigger cities and amenities. Also, we are 45 minutes away from Wild Adventures theme park in Valdosta, Georgia.
  6. Close drive to beaches, less than 2 hours to Jacksonville beach, St. Augustine beach and Florida’s forgotten coast beaches with Carabelle and St. George Island.
