“They are the most caring and considerate staff. We recently bought a weekend getaway on the river. I was planning on stopping by to get my dogs set up there just in case. We unfortunately had an emergency with my 11 yo corgi, they took her back right away and did all they could do for her. We had to let her go. They were amazing. If I could give them 100 stars I would.”

They are always busy, but not because they’re overbooking to maximize income, because they genuinely care about the animals that come in. I’ve had to reschedule appointments because an emergency came in and I’ve had to squeeze in an appointment when my dog was hit by a car. Thanks to Dr Trotters advice our baby is back to chasing deer and we didn’t go broke trying to ensure we were taking proper care of our fur baby! They always ask about our other babies and will answer general questions over the phone. Thank you! Thank you!!
